Ok... so call us corny but at A Fair Cup not only do we want to give you a great cup of coffee, we also want to do what we can to make the World that little bit better. So in every decision we make, we keep that thought in mind.

 All our coffee, tea, sugar and hot chocolate is Fairtrade. That means that the farmers and workers in developing countries get a fair price and an additional premium to invest in a sustainable future. 

Also all our coffee, tea and milk* is organic. We just think that organic farming is better for everybody; It avoids using pesticides, chemical fertilisers, growth hormones and antibiotics, it’s more sustainable and it just seems more natural, don’t you think?

 We also want to do our bit to help tackle climate change. That’s why we’re reducing our carbon footprint as much as we can and whatever co2 emissions we can’t reduce, we promise to offset twice that amount by investing in renewable energy and energy saving projects around the World. This means our whole operation is carbon negative. We’re pretty proud of that!

 We recycle as much as we can. We love it! All our cardboard, paper, plastic bottles and cans are recycled and we’re looking at ways to recycle more. 

We also support local businesses, do our banking at an ethical bank and only use environmentally friendly cleaning products.
